Mimpi Loca Apart Hotel is a conceptual mixed-use project envisioned for 2029 in Bali, designed as a layered retreat that seamlessly merges a contemporary boutique hotel with a multi-unit apartment building. The project offers an innovative hybrid model that blurs the conventional distinctions between private living and shared, short-term staying.

The building is organized around dual-orientation apartment units that maximize natural ventilation, daylight, and visual depth. Conceived as a highly adaptable system rather than a fixed layout, the units can be easily reconfigured or merged over time. This flexibility allows the spaces to evolve from compact hotel studios into extended apartments with additional bedrooms and terraces to suit various residential scenarios.

As the video creator, my objective was to use Unreal Engine to craft an immersive visual experience that captures this innovative hybrid hospitality model. The video aims to convey not just the physical adaptability of the structure, but the sensory atmosphere, local identity, and deep roots in Balinese craftsmanship and ritual that define Mimpi Loca.
